The second angel in my “Twelve Days of Angels” is “Gabriel”. Some of my followers suggested that I paint a boy angel, and “Gabriel” was my first! Inspiration came from a beautiful little boy’s photo of a friend on Facebook. Another follower suggested I name this angel “Gabriel”. I just love my followers, you all are so helpful!
In the bible, Gabriel appears to the virgin Mary foretelling the birth of Jesus.
