Holiday Studio Sale

Mermaid lovers everywhere will LOVE “Splash”! She is my first mermaid and is very special.  Here she is under my Christmas tree, but she could easily be under your tree or you could give her to that special friend, daughter, aunt, niece or co-worker.  “Splash” is from my original oil painting and she is printed on traditional canvas, she is dreamily floating in the aqua blue ocean, just waiting for someone special.

“Isabella” my dragonfly mermaid

“Isabella” is an Italian name meaning “God is my oath”. She is a special mermaid because she is also a dragonfly. The dragonfly symbolizes change, mental and emotional. As the dragonfly flies across water it represents the act of going beyond the surface and looking for deeper and richer meanings in life.

“Pearl” oil on canvas 20″x24″

“I think every little girl’s dream is to be a mermaid or to see a mermaid.

[When I was younger] I would go to the beach and cover myself in the sand.

People from different cultures and centuries have the same idea of what

mermaids are … so that’s maybe a cool thing to think about.”

– Emma Roberts
